Bought this cookbook (in Dutch) at the Amsterdam Books Festival at the RAI last month. It has an interesting collection of all kinds of snacks (warm & cold) and dipping sauces. Saw this and wanna try it. So posting for future reference.
From the “Hapjes” Cookbook
Ingredients: For a party of 30 pax
- 1.3dl light soy sauce
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 tsp chilli oil
Mix all up in a bowl.
That’s it. Interesting and very easy, don’t you think?
