We seldom have beef at home and especially not so much braising beef coz it’s a little pricey and high in cholesterol. Pork Briyani

My mum sent me a ready-mix packet of Briyani spice from Maggi some time ago. I left off making it coz briyani is usually made with lamb and I do not have lamb at home. I had thought hard about what I should do with my home-grown large courgette. It’s been sometime since I had homemade soup. So, courgette soup it was. It’s really simple.
