I didn’t feel like standing in the kitchen to cook today. It’s too warm!
So, I thought – then something easy and store bought could do for this evening. I found xiu loong paus from Delico in a Chinese shop and wanted to try them. Also had mini char siew pau, xiu mai, stuffed fried tofu, meat dumpling and a wantan.
I was not impressed by the xiu loong paus – skin too thick and no soup in them; The other dim sum are usually what I have in my freezer – so those are good.
We had the dim sum with 2 kinds of chilli sauce (Malaysian ones, of course!) with soy sauce and what else – homegrown tomatoes. 🙂
