Ingredients:
- abt 1kg chicken wings
Marinate Ingredients:
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp ginger juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp hot chili sauce (Sriracha or others) – more if you like it spicy
- 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
- 1½ tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp light soysauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp honey

Preparation:
- Combine well all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl or container with lid and add wings. Rub with fingers to combine marinade and wings well. Cover and leave to marinate in fridge for at least 2 hrs or preferably, overnite.
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Arrange wings on an aluminum foil-lined baking tray and place baking tray on center rack.
- Bake for 35-40 mins, till golden and crisp. 🙂
- Serve warm or at room temperature with a salad mix.
It’s really delish; a little sweet, a little salty and a little spicy with a hint of 5-spice..
